The lease agreement is flexible, and our tenants most often use a two-month notice period, effective on the last day of the month. We offer the possibility of renting for longer periods, depending on the customer’s needs.

The rent includes all administration and utility fees, such as electricity, water, heating, WiFi and TV.

For flexible contracts concluded for longer than 2 months, the deposit is equal to two months’ rent.

In the case of contracts concluded for a minimum of 12 months, the deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

If the apartment is marked as “available immediately”, it means that you can move in the next business day. To so, please contact our office.

Yes, you can register temporarily for the duration of the rental agreement.

Yes. Each of our apartments is equipped with a kitchen and a full set of accessories, such as plates, cutlery, pots and cooking utensils. Additionally, the apartment has a washing machine, oven, induction hob, fridge and TV. Each apartment also has a bathroom with a shower.

Yes. We can issue a VAT invoice for each stay at our facility.

Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. However, it is possible to customize the space by using your own decorations, such as a vase, plant, flower or standing picture, which are not permanently associated with the property.

We do not provide duvets, pillows or bedding.

Yes, the building has access to a public Wi-Fi network with fiber optic connection at no additional charge. Additionally, you can conclude an individual contract with your internet provider.

Yes. There is a Smart TV in each apartment.

Yes, each apartment has air conditioning.

The entire building is connected to the central heating network.

The building has a digital intercom that allows you to enter the building with a code.

The building offers residents access to an underground parking lot for an additional fee. Surface parking spaces are also available on-site.
