Rental details

• Contract for 12 months or flexible (indefinite period with two months’ notice): PLN 2100 + administrative fees and utilities
• Amount of administrative and utility fees (electricity, air-conditing, heating, water, sewage and waste disposal): PLN 610,00 per month.
• The total monthly amount is lease rent + administrative fees and utilities .

Furnishings and equipment

The apartment is fully furnished and finished turnkey to a high standard, which allows you to move in immediately after signing the contract.

The main idea was to combine functionality with universal aesthetics, thanks to which the apartment was adapted to is available for both several-month and long-term rental needs.

The apartment is characterized by a space designed to facilitate everyday functioning. It is equipped with a kitchen and bathroom with a full set of accessories (iron, kettle, cutlery, tableware) and household appliances (fridge, induction hob, washer-dryer machine, TV, Microwave), bedroom space and furniture that facilitates the storage of all necessary things.

High-class furnishings will make you feel at home – regardless of whether you will stay here for a longer period of time or temporarily stay during a weekend trip.

Parking spaces in the underground garage as well as above-ground parking spaces and bicycle racks are also available.

Agreement – rental period and conditions

We offer flexible rental conditions (indefinite contract) with a two-month period notice. There is no need to commit to a long-term contract, but if you are planning a longer stay, we offer a 12-month contract with a lower deposit.

The rent includes all administrative fees and utility costs, such as electricity, water, heating, waste disposal and internet.
